set up your account. Requests for wholesale information will not be honored unless the information below is supplied to us for verification. Currently, we do not sell to Internet Business.

For a copy of the wholesale prices please provide the below information and we will email you the price list.

2. Owners Names, Addresses, and Phone Numbers.
3. Federal ID Number.
4. State Privilege License Number.
5. How many years in business ?

You many use your Credit Card, (We take all Credit Cards) Or we do ship C.O.D.
All information will be verified and kept confidential.
1. Trade References (Name, Address, Phone).
2. Bank Name, Address, Phone.
3. Bank Contact Person and Account Numbers.
4. Three Personal References.
Requirements
Your first order must be a minimum of $150.00 in product.
All shipping charges for wholesale accounts are the customer's responsibility. We will use FEDEX.
